It's been a long week, we know! What better way to help you ease into the weekend than a deeply relaxing and restorative class for all levels? This is a perfect class to help you unwind, destress, and bring you peace of mind. All postures are supported using a variety of yoga props such as yoga blankets, blocks and bolsters, to ensure you are always comfortable and resting. We promise this will be the most relaxing experience you’ve ever had! As if that weren’t enough, we will end with a beautiful 10 min sound bowl meditation to ascend you into an even deeper, blissful state of mind. Don't be surprised if you fall asleep! Snorer? No worries, we don’t judge! That just lets us know we’ve done a good job :)
