This series of workshops will span five sessions, each focusing on different aspects of mindfulness and personal growth. Here's a brief outline of the topics we will cover: 1. Session 1: Introduction to Mindfulness - Exploring the fundamentals of mindfulness - Learning the Principals of Mindfulness - Discovering how mindfulness can be implemented in your daily life 2. Session 2: Mindful Breathing - Breathing techniques for peace of mind and relaxation - Using essential oils for holistic wellness - Exploring breathing exercises & Aromatherapy - Creating your own essential oil blend for your specific needs 3. Session 3: Mindful Movement - Identifying different types of mindful movements - Exploring the benefits of mindful movement - Cultivating a mindful movement practice as a daily routine - Experiencing a beginner friendly yoga session 4. Session 4: Mindful Listening - Identifying key aspects of mindful listening - Exploring sound healing, a variety of tools and their benefits - Balancing your energy with Sound Healing tools and techniques - Experiencing sound healing through crystal singing bowls 5. Session 5: Mindful Eating - Exploring how food affects your moods - Learning the key principals of mindful eating - Implementing mindful eating in your routine - Experiencing mindful eating with various food types Logistics: - Duration of each workshop session: 2 hours per session (10 hours in total) - Location: Peace of Royalty Wellness Studio, Milford CT or your location - Dates and Times: Flexible based on both parties’ availability - Workshop materials and resources: All necessary materials will be provided by Peace of Royalty - Participants: Up to 10 participants at a time, ages 13-18 Benefits: - Enhanced emotional well-being and resilience among teenagers - Improved self-awareness, environmental awareness, self-compassion, and emotional intelligence - Enhanced communication skills, focus and concentration - Empowerment to set and achieve personal goals -Build a great Mind-Body Connection - Building a supportive community of young individuals
