Join us for Yoga & Vibes: Understanding Your Connection to Spirit on our NEW date Sunday May 19th for an amazing spiritual wellness workshop. Have you been curious to understanding more about Rootwork and using it to heal generational trauma while simultaneously growing your connection with your Higher Power? Come and break the stigma about Spirituality and truly learn and understand what it's all about with our facilitator and owner of Sweet Like Honey Yahna Miele Tullis. Yahna Miele Tullis is the owner of Sweet Like Honey by Miele. She is an Afro-Indigenous healer whose work is rooted in love and liberation. She describes herself as "an iridescent soul exploring the possibilities of healing through many mediums." Yahna is a spiritual herbalist, spirit medium, craftswoman, certified athletic trainer (sports medicine) with a license in the states of New York & Connecticut, reiki practitioner, multidisciplinary artist, and educator. She integrates the knowledge, wisdom, and experiences she has acquired throughout her many walks of life and uses it to curate a holistic healing experience for the body, mind, & soul. What can you expect? 1) Build your own spiritual starter kit to take home – handpick all the necessary spiritual tools, learn about them, and build your starter kit! 2) Conjure/Spiritual/Rootwork Basics – beginner-friendly spiritual products and knowledge. 3) Connecting with spirit – learn different ways to connect with spirit through meditation, prayer, ancestor veneration, and altar work. 4) Beginner friendly yoga and how it connects to spirit. Join us for this special, enlightening workshop! *Light refreshments will also be provided.*
