Includes 3 Sessions: One session per wellness modality for 45 mins each. Week 1: Breath-work for Focus Week 2: Mindful Movement for Desk Relief Week 3: Sound Healing for Stress Release _____________________________________________ Package 2: The Employee Energy Series (Most Popular) Your 7-week program where employees experience both energizing and restorative wellness practices.
