Service Description

Enjoy a beautiful 60 min yoga session curated just for you and your level of expertise (or really the mood you’re in that day ;) This session incorporates breath work and ends with a beautiful 15 min long sound bowl meditation. You will leave the session feeling much lighter, joyful and at peace than when you came.
