Breathing is a very important part of practicing yoga. Every inhale lengthens the body while the exhale can take you even deeper within a posture than you were before. Practicing breathing techniques can help take your practice to another level as breathing exercises have many benefits. Vee will incorporate some breathing exercises during your yoga session that are known to help calm the nervous system, lower blood pressure, relax your muscles, improve your cardiovascular system and much more! All this while enjoying some aromatherapy with organic essential oils to deepen your practice even further!
