Experience the powerful healing effects of reiki and crystal healing meditation. Reiki is a type of energy healing. According to practitioners, energy can stagnate in the body where there has been physical injury or even emotional pain. Crystal healing is the practice of using the energy of the earth that are stored within the crystals to help nurture energetic wounds and bring about balance. Clients and crystals are smudged with sage prior to beginning the session, which helps clear unwanted stagnant energy, as well as Palo Santo at the end of the session, which invites good energy back in. Clients will be assessed prior to the session to determine what areas within their body need the most healing thus what energetic blockages may need to be cleared and balanced. There are 7 chakras (energy centers within the body) that when blocked or off-balance can cause seemingly unexplainable emotional and physical dysfunctions within us. Client will lay on a massage table and Vee will carefully place 7 healing crystals on each chakra from the root to crown chakra respectively, to regain balance in each chakra and rejuvenate the mind, body and spirit. Reiki will also be provided during this time; moving around the body as needed but not with physical touch.
