Service Description
Expecting mommies can enjoy this one on one, specially curated yoga class, intended to offer love, compassion and kindness to you and your unborn baby. In these sessions we focus on breathing exercises and gentle stretches to help increase flexibility and prepare your body for child birth. We also focus on areas that need a little more love such as the back to help decrease pain. Additionally yoga can help reduce stress and anxiety so that you’re mentally prepared for the changes happening to your body. Have an intimate moment for yourself and your child as you safely care for you both through a beginner friendly yoga session. Love on your changing body and your beautiful growing baby!
