Sound Healing is done with the beautiful sounds of crystal singing bowls which will be used to take you into deep relaxation. Additionally, Vee will guide you through a gentle meditation session to help in releasing what no longer serves you emotionally and otherwise. Feel empowered by this session as it will help you tap into your inner most knowing to help support you in letting go of self sabotaging beliefs, thus aiding you to further gain peace, clarity and balance within the mind, body and spirit.
