Service Description
We are never too early to learn the right tools to help us manage our emotional, spiritual and physical wellness. This is why I have created this service especially for the youths because I understand the value that it could be in their lives and the impact it can have on their future. Gift your child with the wisdom and benefits of holistic tools such as meditation, yoga and breathing exercises to help them manage their stress, improve their focus and overall behaviors. Ages 5 to 17 are all welcome! Have siblings who want to join fun? Just add $5 per extra child!
